What makes each glove different from one another?
All gloves are of the same quality, the best quality. What sets them apart are the different features each have to offer. Whether that is from weather suitability to finger protection to lightness and flexibility.

How do I place an order?
All orders can now be made through this website. Simply find the model you are after, add it to your cart and follow the payment instructions.
How to clean your RG Gloves?
Use lukewarm water and any clear dish soap. Then air dry in the sun.
Postage / Delivery
Postage is processed through Australian Post. We only deliver within Australia and New Zealand at the moment. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days from day posted for delivery. Express delivery takes 1-3 business days from the day posted for delivery.
About Pre-Orders
Our pre-order function is here to ensure that you do not miss out on any models that are currently out of stock in your desired size.
Pre-orders can take up to 4 weeks to be restocked and delivered to you.
Our re-stock orders get placed on the 25th day of every month and take about a week for us to receive them. We then organise the delivery straight to you.
The wait period on pre-orders depends on the time of the month you place your order. If your order gets placed before the 25th day of the month, it will get included in our re-stock order. However if it gets placed after the 25th day of that month, it will be included on the re-stock order on the 25th day of the next month.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We use Pay Pal as a safe and secure payment option. You don't need a Pay Pal account to process payment. Simply click on the 'Pay Pal' button when you are ready to checkout, then follow the steps. You will then be redirected to a page where you can either log in to your existing Pay Pal account or pay via Debit Card. If you don't have a Pay Pal account simply just select the Debit Card option and follow the steps. It is super easy, we promise!
We can also process payments via direct deposit if you do not wish to pay via credit card. For this option simply click on the black 'Checkout' button rather than the Pay Pal button. Please keep in mind that we cannot post the gloves to you until we receive payment so please ensure that you transfer the fund to the RG Goalkeeper Australia account as soon as you process your order. Keep in mind that with some banks it may take up to 2 business days for the funds to be transfered so to avoid delay on delivery please send through a proof of payment (receipt/screenshot) to generalrgau@gmail.com as soon as you make payment. RG Goalkeeper Australia can only hold your order for a maximum of 24 hours from the time you placed your order. If we do not receive payment or proof of payment within those 24 hours unfortunately your order will be cancelled and the gloves will go back on sale.
Returns & Refunds
No refunds are available unless the product is damaged or not in the condition it should be when received.
Returns for a credit or a refund will only be accepted within 14 days from date of purchase.
